Refund Policy


If a season's registration is withdrawn before Presentation night of the previous season, a refund will be issued upon request, less a $20 administration fee. After Presentation night, fees will only be refunded in exceptional circumstances, determined at the discretion of the committee. All refunds will be made by the end of the season that the registration was for.

To request a refund, email the appropriate registrar, Boys or Girls. Refunds are paid by the Assistant Treasurer who will send a cheque in the mail.
